Un nuevo programa lanzado por los tres principales sistemas bibliotecarios de la ciudad de Nueva York otorgará a los titulares de tarjetas de la biblioteca entrada gratuita a 33 museos y otras instituciones en los cinco condados.

Estas instituciones se incluyen el Museo de Brooklyn, el Jardín Botánico de Brooklyn y el MoMA, que se han asociado con las bibliotecas de la ciudad de Nueva York para lanzar Culture Pass, una iniciativa diseñada para alentar a las comunidades marginadas a aprovechar las bondades culturales de la ciudad. Los titulares de tarjetas de la Biblioteca Pública de Nueva York, la Biblioteca Pública de Brooklyn y la Biblioteca de Queens podrán reservar pases a estos lugares de forma gratuita una vez al año.
